Controls - 

WASD - Move

Left Click - Attack

Space/Right Click - Throw Dice Head, press again to dash to Dice Head.

Use the slot machine by throwing your dice head into the buttons. Once all of them are press, you can gain temporary upgrades to survive, but be careful, some of those upgrades boosts the enemy instead >:)
